Support children in the foster care system with a day of fun at the FORE Kids Golf Classic.  Watch talented kids play a round of golf, enjoy a silent auction, participate in giveaways and raffles, and indulge in refreshments from local restaurants. All proceeds go to Bergen County CASA for Children, a nonprofit dedicated to finding a better life for children in need.

 

Raise money for the parish and enjoy delicious dishes from over a dozen food trucks at the Ramsey Food Truck and Music Festival. Local musicians' live performances will keep you energized while the beers, margaritas, and sangria help you relax. Children will love pony rides and other fun activities as they spend a day in the sun.

 

Celebrate the lovely town of Ramsey on Ramsey Day. This fun-filled event starts with a morning parade, with floats and performers that the entire family will enjoy. Ramsey Day then continues with food and beverages from local restaurants, fun games for attendees of all ages, and live music.

 

Celebrate the community of Wyckoff at the YMCA’s Wyckoff Day. The YMCA will host local restaurants, businesses, and artisan crafters, while attendees wander through vendor tents playing games, browsing goods, and enjoying fantastic live music performances. There are even carnival rides for children to enjoy.

 

See gorgeous goods made by some of the finest local artisans at Ridgewood Fall Art and Craft Street Fair. One of Ridgewood’s biggest events, the festival sees approximately 20,000 guests every year who shop for unique and handcrafted goods, dine on delicious foods from local restaurants, and enjoy live music from local bands. Kids will enjoy a special children’s play area.

 

 

Compete on 18 holes during the Mike O’Shea Charitable Golf Classic to support the Wyckoff Y Cares Fund. After the golf tournament, enjoy a cocktail reception at Arcola Country Club, where you’ll find both live and silent auctions and live entertainment. All proceeds go to support children and adults struggling in the community due to disability or unemployment.

 

Get spooked at the Ridgewood Chamber Annual Halloween Haunted Harvest. Memorial Square will be filled with fun Halloween activities, including a hay maze, a graveyard, and a pumpkin patch. Enjoy the thrill of the Halloween parade, where kids and pets can show off their costumes, participate in arts and crafts, eat amazing fall treats, and scare your friends in the fun activities.

 

Take your kids trick-or-treating at the Shops of Boulder Run. In between visiting stores, each stocked with popular candy, have fun with crafts, activities, and a unique photo opportunity at the Goldfish Swim School. Kids will love showing off their costumes, and parents will love seeing their children forging new community ties.

 

 

Enjoy a family-friendly take on the classic German festival at Ridgewood’s Oktoberfest. A tractor hayride sets the mood for fun while giving riders a gorgeous view of New York City from the top of The Heights.
