We moved to Ridgewood during the pandemic which, as you may know, was a difficult time to house hunt. We decided to rent while we scoped out the area in hopes of buying the following year. Jeff helped me find a rental within a few days that hadn’t even been listed for 5 minutes. He FaceTimed from the property, visited it twice before I could see it in person, and had answers to all of my questions. There were multiple applications that went in, but he secured them for us quickly. We ended up “investing” in the rental house as it did need some maintenance, but his handy son stepped in and pulled up carpets for us (with the owner’s permission, of course) and we were able to settle in just fine. "My wife and I previously worked with Jeff to find a home for our family when we made the decision to relocate to NJ from the city. In short, Jeff exhibits everything we were looking for when we were seeking out someone to work with. He paid attention to detail, was extremely responsive, and was a true professional in every sense of the word. Jeff has a lot of area expertise to share. Though he was always willing to do so, Jeff also understood the balance between sharing his insights and letting us, the clients, guide the discussion and ultimately reach a decision. We've all either experienced or at a minimum heard of, all of the nightmare scenarios that can arise during the buying process. It became immediately apparent that Jeff's prior experience would prove to be invaluable to us, as he did everything to assist us in navigating from the initial search, until that day when we were finally handed the keys. I'm sure that with many others in the industry, the closing table would be the last time that you'd ever hear from them. In Jeff's case, that couldn't have been further from the truth. Jeff followed up on multiple occasions post-closing to see how things were working out, to see if we needed anything, and most importantly to make sure that we were happy.
