About Blake Feagles

I specialize in residential Real Estate in the Bergen County area, especially with buyers relocating from the New York Metropolitan area. As a Real Estate Agent, my goals are to educate, advise, and provide a personally tailored home search experience for my clients. I am a member of the Greater Bergen Realtors® (GRB), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and the New Jersey MLS (NJMLS).

 

Before I transitioned to Real Estate, I had a successful career in financial sales, where I gained unparalleled experience in sales negotiation and sales processes by establishing myself as a top producing small business Financing Specialist and Business Development Manager, leading me to become the Founder and CEO of two Financial Service firms. Having lived in Ridgewood for over fifteen years and Hoboken and Jersey City for five years, I have a wealth of knowledge in not only the Ridgewood market, but the Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson Counties.

 

My passion for Real Estate is attributed to my father, Jeff Feagles, who is also at Keller Williams Village Square. As well as my mother, Michelle Feagles, a savant in interior design and owner of a resale boutique Town Home in downtown Ridgewood, NJ. My collegiate background was nothing short of exciting, demanding, and detail-oriented. I studied communications at the University of Connecticut and was a student-athlete, earning varsity honors in the AAC Football Conference and Captain of the lacrosse program.

 

Outside of Real Estate, I am an avid fly fisherman, golfer, and sports fan. My passion for golf and philanthropy inspired me to create Chunks Fore. Charity, a golf outing that aims to raise funds for our United States Military Veterans who have experienced physical and psychological trauma in the line of combat.
